Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a technology that can precisely control, according to a predetermined plan, transmitted power when power generated by a power generation system formed of a solar cell and a storage battery is transmitted between sites via a power transmission network. An electric power control device according to the present invention calculates power to be charged to or discharged from the storage battery and power required to be generated by the solar cell on the basis of a difference between a planned power scheduled to be transmitted via the power transmission network and resulting power that has actually been transmitted (see FIG. 8).
