Abstract:
An electric power demand peak prediction unit (3) predicts a peak value of an electric power demand of a day on the basis of a linear regression model. An electric power demand transition prediction unit (6) predicts a relative value with respect to the peak value of the electric power demand for each time period on the basis of a non-linear regression model. A time period electric power demand prediction unit (7) predicts an electric power demand for each time period on the basis of the peak value of the electric power demand of the day and the relative value with respect to the peak value of the electric power demand for each time period.
