Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electric power generator with which cogging is suppressed, leakage of magnetic flux density is reduced, and magnetic flux density orientation is regulated, and which employs an electricity generating coil having a core comprising a ferromagnetic body, and which thus has good efficiency. [Solution] A core 3a comprising a magnetic body is fixed in contact with first magnetic bodies 2 in such a way as to be sandwiched therebetween. First magnets 5 are fixed to a rotating shaft 1 on both sides of an electricity generating coil 3 by way of second magnetic bodies 6 and first non-magnetic body spacers 7 in such a way that a fixed space is maintained between the first magnets 5 and the first magnetic bodies 2. A pair of the first magnets 5 is fixed to both ends of one side of the second magnetic body 6, on the electricity generating coil 3 side thereof. The first magnets 5 are arranged such that when a rotating portion 21 according to a first embodiment of the present invention is rotated and the opposing first magnets 5 and the electricity generating coil 3 are aligned on a straight line, the magnetic flux density orientation lies in one direction through the second magnetic body 6, including the opposing first magnets 5.
