Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a technique for efficiently securing electric power when a specific natural phenomenon has occurred. In order to solve the problem, the present invention provides an electric power management device (1) which comprises: an event information acquisition unit (10) for acquiring event information indicating the occurrence of a specific event related to a natural disaster and the details of that event; a grouping unit (20) for grouping multiple storage batteries to be managed into a first group and a second group on the basis of the event information acquired by the event information acquisition unit (10); and a storage battery control unit (30) for controlling charging operations of the storage batteries on a group by group basis.
