Abstract:
Provided is an electric power steering control device that makes it possible to improve steering feel. A gain target value is set to a normal value when within a normal voltage range of a battery (12), and the gain target value is set to a value less than the normal value when the voltage of the battery (12) is not within the normal voltage range. When determining whether the set gain at the time the voltage of the battery (12) returns from outside to within the normal voltage range is larger than a predetermined threshold value, the gain is set so as to immediately increase to the gain target value when it is determined that the gain is larger than the predetermined threshold value. Meanwhile, the gain is set so as to increase gradually to the gain target value when it is determined that the gain is equal to or less than the predetermined threshold value.
