Abstract:
Disclosed are an electric-pulse ablation device and a simulation method applicable thereto, belonging to the technical field of electric pulse devices. The prior art has the defect where during an existing electric-pulse ablation process, due to the impedance of tumor tissue, an electrolyte parameter of tissue exudate in an ablation area changes with an ablation time, and the changed electrolyte parameter does not match an initial electric-pulse ablation parameter any more, thus creating a poor ablation effect. The electric-pulse ablation device can provide, according to a pressure sensor module, an early warning for a puncture process, thereby avoiding damage to normal organ tissue; and a localization system can provide puncture localization and navigation for a tumor operation; according to the change in an electrolyte parameter acquired by a biological impedance analyzer, an impedance self-adaptive module adjusts an input pulse parameter in time, and an adaptive high voltage and a steep pulse are maintained to achieve the best tumor destruction effect; and the ablation effect is ideal.
