Abstract:
An electric resistance welded steel pipe manufacturing device, which performs welding while supplying a plasma flow to a pair of abutting end surfaces to shield the same while forming a band shaped steel plate into a pipe shape, is provided with a mandrel and a plasma flow supply device provided on the mandrel for supplying the plasma flow.
