Abstract:
Provided is an electric shaver wherein the structure of vibrators is optimized, a pair of inner blades can be reciprocally driven with appropriate strokes in mutually opposite directions at all times, and no transmission loss occurs even when a cut load is increased, so that shaving can be appropriately performed. A pair of vibrators (16, 17) for driving movable blades (21, 22) of a pair of cutting blades (11, 12) are provided inside a head case (15). A force conversion mechanism for converting the rotational force of a motor (6) to reciprocating force is provided between the motor (6) and the pair of vibrators (16, 17). The pair of vibrators (16, 17) are reciprocally driven in mutually opposite directions by the reciprocating force output from the force conversion mechanism. At least one of the pair of vibrators (16, 17) is guided and supported by a guide seat (51, 52) provided on the other vibrator (16, 17) so as to be slidable relative to the other. A transmission link (38) for transmitting the reciprocal movement of one vibrator (17) to the other vibrator (16) is provided between the pair of vibrators (16, 17).
