Abstract:
An electric step bar device and a vehicle. The electric step bar device (100) comprises a step bar (1), a telescopic mechanism (2), and an anti-collision assembly. The telescopic mechanism (2) comprises a mounting base (21), a step bar base (22), and an arm assembly (23). The step bar (1) is mounted on the step bar base (22); the arm assembly (23) is connected between the mounting base (21) and the step bar base (22) to drive the step bar (1) to move between an extending position and a retracting position. The anti-collision assembly comprises a first anti-collision component (3) and a second anti-collision component (4), the first anti-collision component (3) is mounted on the step bar (1) and comprises a plurality of anti-collision shafts (32, 33), and the second anti-collision component (4) is mounted on the mounting base (21) and comprises a plurality of anti-collision grooves (42, 43). At the retraction position, the anti-collision shafts (32, 33) are matched in the anti-collision grooves (42, 43) in a one-to-one correspondence manner; at the extending position, the anti-collision shafts (32, 33) are separated from the anti-collision grooves (42, 43). According to the anti-collision assembly of the electric step bar device (100), by means of cooperation of the multiple sets of shaft-groove structures, stressing is balanced when the step bar (1) is impacted, the stability of the step bar (1) at the retraction position is further improved, and the anti-collision performance of the electric step bar device (100) is improved.
