An electric toothbrush head, comprising a brush handle (1) and a brush disc (2). An accommodating cavity (11) is hollowly formed in the brush handle (1); a rotation groove is formed in one end of the brush handle (1), and a transmission insertion groove is formed in the other end of the brush handle; the rotation groove is communicated with the transmission insertion groove by means of the accommodating cavity (11); the brush disc (2) is rotatably provided on the rotation groove; a driving base (3) is rotatably provided in the accommodating cavity (11) and provided with a transmission rod (31) for being transmittingly connected to a motor to rotate in a reciprocating manner in the accommodating cavity (11); a reversing part is also rotatably provided in the accommodating cavity (11), and a traction belt (4) is provided in the accommodating groove (11); one end of the traction belt (4) is fixedly connected to the outer periphery wall of the brush disc (2), and the other end is reversed by the reversing part and fixedly connected to the outer periphery wall of the driving base (3) to form transmission of the driving base (3) to rotation of the brush disc (2). The electric toothbrush head is simple and reasonable in structure, the brush disc (2) on the brush head can be effectively driven, and in the overall structure, the electric toothbrush head is convenient to assemble and low in noise during use.
