Disclosed are an electric vehicle and an active discharge module, a drive apparatus and an electric drive system thereof. The active discharge module comprises a discharge branch connected in parallel to a direct-current support capacitor of an electric vehicle, and a first switch (V13) connected to a start apparatus of the electric vehicle, and the discharge branch respectively, wherein the discharge branch comprises a discharge resistor (R3) and a power switch tube (Q13) connected in series; and the first switch can turn off the power switch tube after the start apparatus is started, and turn on the power switch tube after the start apparatus is turned off. The drive apparatus comprises the active discharge module. The electric drive system comprises the drive apparatus. The electric vehicle comprises the electric drive system. The active discharge module does not need to be provided with an individual control module and automatically discharges a direct-current support capacitor where a start apparatus is de-energized, thus ensuring the personal safety of a driver of an electric vehicle and maintenance personnel.
