Abstract:
An electric vehicle battery cooling structure, comprising a cooling box (2) arranged on a battery pack casing (1). A cooling liquid storage box (3) is arranged in the cooling box (2), a cooling liquid fills the cooling liquid storage box (3), and a cooling liquid circulation pipe (4) is provided at two ends of the cooling liquid storage box (3). The cooling liquid storage box (3) is in communication with a cooling liquid storage portion of a vehicle by means of the cooling liquid circulation pipe (4). A heat sink (5) is further provided in the cooling box (2), and the upper end of the cooling box (2) is provided with a heat dissipation door (6) which is automatically opened and closed, the heat dissipation door (6) being located directly above the heat sink (5). The battery pack casing (1) is provided with a temperature sensor (7). By means of the temperature sensor (7), the temperature of the battery pack casing (1) is detected, and the heat dissipation door (6) is controlled to be opened and closed. The cooling liquid performs cooling at the same time, and the cooling efficiency is improved. In addition, the heat dissipation door (6) is opened by means of the temperature sensor (7). By increasing the exposure area, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, the cooling rate is improved, and a driver is reminded to carry out inspection and maintenance in time.
