Abstract:
An electric vehicle chassis collision protection and alarm system, the system comprising: a micro-bend optical fiber sensor, a microprocessor and an ECU. Whether a chassis and a battery box body are deformed is sensed by using an optical signal acquired by the micro-bend optical fiber sensor. The microprocessor converts optical signal change into electric signal change, and calculates the change rate of an electric signal. The ECU determines the change rate of the electric signal according to a preset threshold, so that the evaluation of the deformation degree of the chassis and battery box body is completed, and related devices are controlled for processing. On the basis of said structure, chassis collision strength may be promptly and rapidly evaluated, and a driver is reminded to take reasonable countermeasures, so as to avoid serious accidents such as vehicle burning caused by excessive damage to a battery box body.
