Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-strength hollow stabiliser and an electric-welded steel tube for producing a high-strength hollow stabiliser having excellent anti-fatigue characteristics. An electric-welded steel tube (5) for producing a hollow stabiliser comprises an inner weld bead cut part (30) that has a three-peak shape, the depth (H) of a trough (30a) of the three-peak shape being 0.3mm or less, and the angle (θ) formed between a peripheral-direction centre part of the trough (30a) and the tips of left/right peaks (30b, 30c) positioned on the left/right sides of the trough (30a) being at least 160° and less than 180°.
