Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electric wire twisting device with which a preferable twisted electric wire can be fabricated from a plurality of electric wires having both ends cut off. The electric wire twisting device 1 is provided with a first grip device 11 which includes a first clamp 2a for gripping a first end portion of a first electric wire CT, a second clamp 2b for gripping a first end portion of a second electric wire C2, and a first holder 15A for holding the first clamp 2a and the second clamp 2b. The electric wire twisting device 1 is provided with: a second grip device 12 which grips a second end portion of the first electric wire CT and a second end portion of the second electric wire CT; a first revolving actuator 3b which causes the first holder 15A to rotate about a revolving center line CL; and a first rotating actuator 3a which causes the first clamp 2a and the second clamp 2b to rotate about a rotating center line which is parallel with the revolving center line CL or inclined from the revolving center line CL.
