Abstract:
The present invention achieves an electric work machine in which transmission of vibrations is prevented or restrained as well as or more than before, despite having fewer component parts and assembly man-hours than before. A hammer drill 1A is provided with a motor 40 as a driving source, and a drill bit 3 is driven by a driving force outputted from the motor 40 is attached to the hammer drill 1A. The hammer drill 1A has a main body housing 10 and a handle housing 20 constituting at least a part of an outer shell 2, and the main body housing 10 and the handle housing 20 are relatively movably connected through an elastic body 30. The elastic body 30 is a part of a series of resin covers 31 formed on the main body housing 10 and the handle housing 20 by two-layer molding, and covering the surfaces of the main body housing 10 and the handle housing 20.
