Abstract:
The present invention includes a battery (4) that is equipped with: an accommodation case (1) that accommodates a plurality of battery modules (6); a precharge unit (67) that performs an operation in which electric power is gradually supplied to an inverter when power supply from the battery (4) to the inverter is started; and a discharge unit (68) that performs an operation in which residual power in the inverter is discharged when the power supply from the battery (4) to the inverter is cut off. The precharge unit (67) and the discharge unit (68) are provided in the accommodation case (1).
