Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical cable for transmitting data signals, comprising at least two stranded insulated wires (1), an electrical screen (7) that surrounds the at least two wires, and an outer sheath (10) made of an electrically insulating material that surrounds the screen (7). An inner sheath (6) made of electrically insulating material is formed between the screen (7) and the stranded wires (1) in such a way that the inner sheath (6) forms a circular circumferential contour and the sheath material fills up wedge-shaped spaces between the stranded wires (1). The stranded wires (1) enclose an inner filling element (4) extending in the longitudinal direction of the cable. The jacket thickness of the inner sheath (6) between the screen (7) and the wires (1) is at least 0.2 to 0.6 mm.
