Abstract:
An electrical connection cable testing system and method. The system comprises a power supply conversion module (1), a cable connection module (2), a main control unit (MCU) (3) and a display and key module (4). The cable connection module (2) comprises a control signal input end (21), a first plug-in member (22), a second plug-in member (23) and a testing signal output end (24), wherein the first plug-in member (22) is connected to the MCU (3) by means of the control signal input end (21), the second plug-in member (23) is connected to the MCU (3) by means of the testing signal output end (24), and the first plug-in member (22) and the second plug-in member (23) are used for allowing an electrical connection cable to be tested to be plugged therein. The MCU (3) is used for testing, by using a preset cable testing algorithm, said electrical connection cable to obtain a testing result, and storing the testing result and sending the testing result to the display and key module (4). The display and key module (4) is connected to the MCU (3) and is used for displaying the testing result and parameter settings. The electrical connection cable testing system and method replace manual operation to test and determine the connection/disconnection and wire order of an electrical connection cable, thereby effectively improving the testing efficiency and accuracy.
