Provided are an electrical connector set that has an innate impedance adjustment function and a mounting structure for the electrical connector set. An electrical connector set 30 that comprises: a first connector 10 that is mounted on a first circuit board 1; and a second connector 20 that is mounted on a second circuit board 2 and can be inserted into/removed from the first connector in an insertion/removal direction. The first connector comprises: a first connection terminal 14 that has first mounting parts 14b, 14c that are mounted on a first land part 3 that is provided on the first circuit board; and a first insulating member 12 that holds the first connection terminal. The second connector comprises: a second connection terminal 24 that has second mounting parts 24b, 24c that are mounted on a second land part 4 that is provided on the second circuit board; and a second insulating member 22 that holds the second connection terminal. When the electrical connector set has been fitted together, the first mounting parts face the second mounting parts and overlap the second mounting parts as seen from the insertion/removal direction.
