Abstract:
An electrical connector comprising a plurality of planar probes each connecting the electrode of an article to be inspected electrically with a conductive part formed on a substrate and having a forward end being pressed against the electrode on one end side of the probe and a curved outer surface on one side in the widthwise direction of the probe, a plurality of probes each having a first recess opened to the one side, and a device for fixing the probes to the substrate under such a state that the probes are spaced apart in the thickness direction and the forward end is projecting oppositely to the substrate.
