Abstract:
The invention relates to an electrical generator device comprising: • - a structure (5) which supports a horizontal axle (6) able to rotate freely about its axis of revolution, and a mass (3) which is secured eccentrically to said horizontal axle (6) and is designed to be set into a pendulum motion between two opposite top points where the speed is zero, in order to rotate the axle (6) alternately in a first direction and then in an opposite second direction; • - an alternator (2) designed to be rotated by said horizontal axle (6) in order to generate electricity; • - means (8) for transmitting the rotation in the first direction of the horizontal axle (6) to the alternator (2); • - means (9) for transmitting the rotation in the opposite, second direction of the horizontal axle (6) to the alternator (2); and • - means (4), fed by an external power source independent of the alternator, for restarting the pendulum motion when the mass (3) reaches a zero speed top point in order for it to be able to reach the zero speed top point on the opposite side.
