Abstract:
An electrical parking brake actuating device, comprising a gear box body (10), a gear box cover (20), an electric motor (30), a first-stage transmission gear assembly (40), a second-stage transmission gear assembly (50) and a planetary gear transmission assembly (60). An electric motor containing cavity (11) and a gear train containing cavity (12) are provided in the gear box body (10); an output shaft of the electric motor (30) extends into the gear train containing cavity (12); an inner ring gear (14) is arranged in the gear train containing cavity (12), and an output splined hole (15) is provided at the position of the gear box body (10) corresponding to the center of the inner ring gear (14); a first gear (32) is fixed to the output shaft of the electric motor (30); the first-stage transmission gear assembly (40) consists of a second gear (42) and a third gear (43) which are coaxially arranged and synchronously rotate, wherein the second gear is meshed with the first gear (32); the second-stage transmission gear assembly (50) consists of a fourth gear (51) and a sun gear (52) which are coaxially arranged and synchronously rotate, wherein the fourth gear (51) is meshed with the third gear (43); the planetary gear transmission assembly (60) comprises a planetary carrier (61), a plurality of planetary gears (62) and an output spline (63), wherein the plurality of planetary gears (62) are all meshed with the sun gear (52) and the inner ring gear (14), and wherein the output spline (63) extends out of the gear box body (10) from the output splined hole (15). The electrical parking brake actuating device has the characteristics of simpler structure and higher precision, production efficiency and transmission efficiency.
