Abstract:
An electrical storage element state estimation device (100) that estimates the state of an electrical storage element (200) is provided with: a temperature estimation unit (110) which estimates the temperature of the electrical storage element (200); and a state estimation unit (120) which estimates the state of the electrical storage element (200) using the temperature of the electrical storage element (200). When the electrical storage element (200) is divided into a plurality of regions which are respectively inner regions, with an outer region lying adjacent to the inner regions and external to the electrical storage element (200), the temperature estimation unit (110) estimates the temperature of the electrical storage element (200) using an inner heat transfer amount which is the amount of transfer of heat between two adjacent inner regions, and an outer heat transfer amount which is the amount of transfer of heat between the adjacent inner regions and the outer region.
