Title:
ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE PASTE, SOLAR CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SOLAR CELL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/190282
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is an electrically conductive paste that is for manufacturing a crystalline silicon solar cell and that is suitable for formation of an electrode by a laser process. This electrically conductive paste is for formation of an electrode for a solar cell, the paste comprising: (A) electrically conductive particles; (B) organic vehicles; and (C) a glass frit, wherein the product BGF·G of the basicity BGF of the glass frit (C) and the contained amount G of the glass frit (C), where the unit of the contained amount G of the glass frit (C) is expressed as parts by weight in the electrically conductive paste with respect to 100 parts by weight of the electrically conductive particles (A) contained in the electrically conductive paste, is in the range of 0.25-1.45.
