Abstract:
The present application discloses an electrically conductive polymer, a preparation method therefor and a light-emitting diode. The electrically conductive polymer is coupled by means of a N=N double bond and bonds with a side-chain group. The polymer has a smaller HOMO-LUMO energy level than a metallic electrode and thus can better match an electron transport layer comprising an inorganic oxide semiconductor, reduce the injection voltage of a display device and improve the electric charge transmission capability. The polymer has a high film-forming ability and low surface roughness, and has no adverse effects on the light-emitting performance of the light-emitting diode.
