Abstract:
The present invention relates to a clamp stick used in hot-line work and, more specifically, to an electrically insulating rotary grip-all clamp stick having a double pawl operation unit for indirect hot-line work, and a method for operating an indirect hot-line tool mechanism using same, wherein a double pawl operation unit is constituted using a rack and a pinion in order to allow a user to safely and more conveniently use the stick during hot-line or uninterruptible power construction in which the supply of electricity is not interrupted, a holder part and a hook assembly are operated by the operation unit so that a tip tool can be firmly coupled to the tip of the holder part, and the length of the operation unit is minimized to allow the user to easily grip and operate the stick when performing work such as the operation of the tip tool, the removal of a bind line of a rotary wound-drawn extra-high voltage distribution line, and the removal of foreign substances including wire sheath material.
