Abstract:
In this electricity leakage detection device (10) for detecting the electricity leakage of a high-voltage part where a power storage unit (20) and load are connected by a power supply line in a state where the high-voltage part is insulated from earth, a Y capacitor (CY) is connected between earth and the current path between the power storage unit (20) and load. A drive unit (11) of the electricity leakage detection device (10) charges or discharges the Y capacitor (CY) by outputting a square wave voltage to the current path between the power storage unit (20) and load via a driving coupling capacitor (Cd1). An electricity leakage detection unit (12) determines whether there is any electricity leakage between the current path and earth according to the process by which the voltage of a measurement point on the current path that has changed according to the charging or discharging of the Y capacitor (CY) converges on the original voltage.
