Embodiments of the present application provide an electricity storage device and an electric device. The electricity storage device comprises: at least two battery cells arranged in sequence in a first direction; and a partition member provided between the two adjacent battery cells. The partition member comprises a first side surface adjacent to one of the battery cells, the first side surface is provided with at least one first partition strip, and the first partition strip, the first side surface and the battery cell define at least one first channel. According to the embodiments of the present application, by forming a cooling channel by means of the partition of the first partition strip, after the partition member is aged, the first partition strip is not prone to deform, the shape and the circulation area of the cooling channel would not change, and the cooling efficiency would not be reduced, thereby prolonging the service life of the battery cells, and alleviating the problems of aging and deformation of the partition member and reduction of the cooling efficiency.
