Abstract:
An electricity storage device (1) comprising a positive electrode (11) and negative electrode (12) which face each other, a porous separator (13) which is disposed between the positive electrode (11) and negative electrode (12), and a resin sealing part (14) which seals a space (S) between the positive electrode (11) and negative electrode (12), wherein the separator (13) is composed of a material having a melting temperature higher than the melting temperature of the resin material forming the sealing part (14), and the separator (13) has an edge part (13a) that is sandwiched and retained by the sealing part (14) in a state of being bonded to a melt-solidified part (M1) of the resin material forming the sealing part (14).
