Abstract:
[Problem] An electric vehicle using a conventional common lithium-ion battery has a short driving distance as compared with an internal combustion engine vehicle and takes time for charging, making the electric vehicle inconvenient to use.
[Solution] This system combines a freely removable and replaceable electricity storage device with a conventional electric vehicle and other vehicles that can move by engines other than electricity. This system facilitates safe maintenance and management, for example, in such a way that an individually-owned electric vehicle is managed by an individual and a removable and replaceable electricity storage device is leased and managed by a conventional company or the like dealing with infrastructures, and makes it possible to provide a wide range of use of an electric vehicle according to use.
