Abstract:
An electricity storage element (10) is provided with a container (100) which includes a lid body (110) formed with a gas discharge valve (400). The gas discharge valve (400) includes a thinned portion (401) with a thickness smaller than that of a portion adjacent to the gas discharge valve (400). The thinned portion (401) includes a center portion (410) and two lateral portions (420) arranged at positions sandwiching the center portion (410) in a first direction. The center portion (410) is arranged at the center in the first direction of the lid body (110) as viewed from a direction normal to the lid body (110), and is formed with a width, in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, smaller than that of the two lateral portions (420).
