Abstract:
An electricity storage element according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: an electrode body that comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator; a nonaqueous electrolyte; and a container that contains the electrode body and the nonaqueous electrolyte. The positive electrode contains a positive electrode active material; the positive electrode active material contains a plurality of particles that satisfy at least one of the conditions (1) and (2) described below; and the electrode body is in a pressed state.
