Abstract:
The present invention has been made to solve a problem of electrode pads, a pitch interval between which has recently become narrower so that, due to the densely formed electro-conductive pins, when an electro-conductive contact pin comes into contact with an object in order to inspect the object, a body part of the electro-conductive contact pin at the center thereof is elastically bent, and thus adjacent body parts come into contact with each other and are short-circuited. Provided is an electro-conductive contact pin which can implement a narrow-pitch between pins and prevents electro-conductive contact pins from being short-circuited even when center parts of the electro-conductive contact pins come into contact with each other, through a method for manufacturing an electro-conductive contact pin, the method comprising: a step of forming a module area including a pin body as a main metal layer and a support frame for supporting the pin body through a connection part; and a film layer forming step of forming a film layer on the pin body.
