Abstract:
An electro-hydraulic braking system, comprising a main housing (25), wherein the main housing (25) is internally provided with a hydraulic unit main brake cylinder (17); the outer end of a piston rod of the main brake cylinder (17) is connected to an output ejector rod (19); the other end of the output ejector rod (19) is provided with an input rod (23); the input rod (23) is connected in the main housing (25) in a sliding manner only along the lengthwise direction of the input rod; the other end of the input rod (23) is provided with a push rod (2) for transferring a brake pedal force; the main housing (25) is further internally provided with a reset member for resetting the push rod (2) in a direction away from the main brake cylinder (17), and a displacement sensor for sensing the displacement of the push rod (2); and the input rod (23) and the output ejector rod (19) have an interval state, in which the system performs braking by means of power generated by the reverse dragging of torque of a driving electric motor of a vehicle, and an abutting state, in which the system uses the power generated by the reverse dragging of torque of the driving electric motor of the vehicle as a main braking force, with hydraulic braking, which is generated by means of the output ejector rod (19) pushing the piston rod of the main braking cylinder (17), serving as a compensation braking force. The electro-hydraulic braking system achieves the effects of increasing the proportion of electric braking and improving the energy recovery rate. A method for operating the electro-hydraulic braking system is further provided.
