Abstract:
Disclosed is an electrochemical element unit wherein an electrochemical element can be easily fixed in a housing. In the electrochemical element unit, a plurality of electrochemical elements connected in parallel or in series are housed in a box-like housing (51). Each of the electrochemical elements is a capacitor module (40) having cushioning material (30, 30) assembled thereto, said cushioning material covering an electric double layer capacitor (10). A fixture (52) is pressed to the cushioning material (30) and the capacitor module (40) is fixed in the housing (51) by fixing the fixture (52) to the housing (51).
