Abstract:
An electrochemiluminescent immunomagnetic chip, and an electrochemiluminescent magnetic immunoassay method combined with microfluidic technology. In view of multiple nano material enhancement signals, high-sensitivity electrochemiluminescence detection is performed. The electrochemiluminescent immunomagnetic chip is composed of an electrode, a nano material, which is located on the surface of the electrode, and an immune complex magnetic bead and a luminescent compound, which is located thereon. By means of microfluidic chip technology, a luminescent immune complex magnetic bead is fixed on the surface of a nano material modified electrode, and a co-reactant can directly enter a micron-sized thin layer for detection, thereby realizing the construction of a new electrochemiluminescent sensing interface and the high-sensitivity immunoassay thereof. The method is simple and has a low cost, can detect an acute myocardial infarction marker having an extremely low concentration, can be used for protein detection based on biological affinity, and thus has wide application prospects.
