Disclosed are an electrode active material comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1 below, an electrode comprising same, and a secondary battery comprising same. Lix(Ni1-yMy)z(P2O7)4, wherein 5≤x≤7, 0.2≤y<1, 4≤z≤6, and M is an element selected from the elements of Groups 3 to 11, or a combination thereof, except that M is iron (Fe).
