Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrode assembly comprising: a stack (100) in which a plurality of electrodes (110) and separators (120) are alternately stacked in a first direction so as to be aligned; a wrapping film (200) which surrounds the stack (100) and is fused to the stack (100) to secure the plurality of electrodes (110) and separators (120). Electrode tabs (112) of the plurality of electrodes (110) are disposed on one side or the other side of the stack (100) in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The wrapping film (200) surrounds one side and the other side of the stack (100) in the first direction and one side and the other side of the stack (100) in a third direction intersecting the first and second directions, and is fused to at least one side or the other side of the stack (100) in the first direction. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent deformation and damage to the separators (120), destruction of the alignment of the stack (100), and short circuits caused thereby.
