Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrode assembly and a secondary battery comprising same. An electrode assembly, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is formed by winding a first electrode, a first separator, a second electrode, and a second separator, wherein the electrode assembly may comprise protective members disposed in spaces between an edge portion where winding of the first electrode starts and the first and second separators and having a shape corresponding to at least a part of the spaces.
