Abstract:
A drying method to dry a rolled electrode for an anode, including: a first heating step in which the temperature of the electrode is raised to a first temperature; a holding step in which, after the first raising step, the condition of the electrode is maintained for a prescribed period; and a second heating step in which, after the prescribed period has passed, the temperature of the electrode is raised to a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature, wherein the first temperature is set to greater than or equal to the evaporation temperature of moisture that is included in the electrode, and the second temperature is set to greater than or equal to the decomposition temperature of an additive that is included in the electrode.
