Abstract:
This electrode (15) comprises a sintered body composed of a powder having any of a Co-based alloy, an Ni-based alloy, and an Fe-based alloy as a component. The sintered body includes a fine-grained powder that has a median diameter of 3.0 μm or less and is formed into scales. The specific surface area of the sintered body has a value within the range from 0.8 m2/g to 10 m2/g. The electrical resistivity of the sintered body has a value within the range from 3 mΩ∙cm to 30 mΩ∙cm.
