Abstract:
An electrode-embedded ceramic structure (10) is provided with a first ceramic layer (2), an electrode layer (4) disposed on a surface of the first ceramic layer (2), and a second ceramic layer (6) covering the first ceramic layer (2) and the electrode layer (4) and being thinner than the first ceramic layer (2). This electrode-embedded ceramic structure (10) satisfies the expression (T2 - T1)/T2 ≤ 0.15 where T1 is the thinnest part of the second ceramic layer (6) and T2 is the average thickness thereof in a cross-section taken along the direction in which the first ceramic layer (2), the electrode layer (4), and the second ceramic layer (6) are layered.
