Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrode for a lithium secondary battery, the electrode comprising: an electrode current collector; a primer coating layer positioned on at least one surface of the electrode current collector and comprising a binder and a conductor; and an electrode active material layer positioned on the primer coating layer, wherein: the binder contains poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) including a vinylidene fluoride (VDF)-derived repeating unit and a hexafluoropropylene (HFP)-derived repeating unit, the content of the HFP-derived repeating unit in the PVDF-HFP being 2-13 wt%; and the primer coating layer has a thickness of 0.8-10㎛.
