Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrode material crushing and drying apparatus for production of hydrogen storage batteries, comprising a tank body. A mounting cavity is formed inside the tank body; an upper cover is disposed at an opening on the top; a crushing device and a cleaning device are provided on the upper cover; the crushing device consists of a crushing tank, a crushing motor, a crushing rotating shaft, fixed blades, and rotating blades; the cleaning device consists of a water inlet pipe, a spray tray, and a water pump; an upper grinding body, a lower grinding body, an electric heating plate, and a stirring device are provided in the mounting cavity; the upper grinding body consists of a first motor, a grinding rotating shaft, a material guiding tray, an upper grinding tray, and an upper grinding block; the lower grinding body consists of a lower grinding tray and a lower grinding block; the stirring device consists of a second motor, a stirring shaft, stirring blades, and a material scraping frame. According to the present invention, the crushed material is smashed by means of the upper grinding body and the lower grinding body, and the material is stirred by means of the stirring device, so that the heat is transferred easily, and thus the material can be uniformly dried easily.
