Abstract:
The present invention relates to preparation of an electrode material having a fiber structure. Such a composite fiber structure electrode has a platinum-based electrocatalytic material, a spinning polymer material, and one or two or more of an oxide material and/or an organic phosphoric acid material having an ionic conduction function, has a nanofiber structure on microscopic appearance, and also has a porous appearance feature; and the electrode material of this structure is prepared by means of an electrospinning technique, and can be used as a porous electrode for high temperature polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells. Compared with the prior art, the electrode material of the present invention has an ordered and controllable structure, good mass transfer performance, high utilization rate of noble metal, and high electrode stability. Compared with other preparation methods, the preparation process of the method using electrospinning has strong controllability, reduces uncontrollable factors caused by other methods, and has strong practicability.
