Abstract:
A conductive metal (2) is provided at the forward end of a grip (3), a porous filter (1) wetted with electrolytic solution is provided in contact with the conductive metal (2), and only the conductive metal (2) and the porous filter (1) or the porous filter (1) on by are allowed to touch a skin at the time of measurement. The conductive metal (2) is connected with a voltage generating circuit (6) through a cable (7) and, between the voltage generating circuit (6) and a measurement start switch (4) delivering a trigger signal for causing to apply a voltage from the voltage generating circuit (6) to the conductive metal (2), a delay circuit (5) generating a delay of at least 3 seconds after a trigger signal is delivered from a measurement start switch (4) before a voltage is applied to the conductive metal (2) from the voltage generating circuit (6) is provided. Electrical characteristic values can thereby be measured with high accuracy regardless of the extent of dryness of a stratum corneum.
