The present invention provides negative electrode active material particles that are not susceptible to deterioration. The present invention also provides a highly safe power storage device. The present invention also provides a novel power storage device. An electrode which comprises an active material and a conductive agent, wherein: the active material contains a metal or compound which contains one or more elements that are selected from among silicon, tin, gallium, aluminum, germanium, lead, antimony, bismuth, silver, zinc, cadmium and indium; the conductive agent contains a graphene compound; and the graphene compound contains fluorine.
