Abstract:
An electrode piece bending device for a three-phase module, comprising a base (1), vertical posts (2) and a lower die base (6) being provided on the base (1), a mounting plate (3) being provided on the vertical posts (2), a piston driving device (4) being provided on the mounting plate (3), and the piston driving device (4) being connected to a piston (5); a module (7) and guide posts (9) are provided on the lower die base (6); an upper die base (11) is provided on the guide posts (9), and a first elastic member (10) is sleeved on each of the guide posts (9) under the upper die base (11); a pressing block (8) is provided on the bottom of the upper die base (11); and first and second pre-pressing blocks (12, 13) are provided on the pressing block (8), the first and second pre-pressing blocks (12, 13) are provided in one-to-one correspondence with first and second electrode pieces (14, 15) on the module (7), and one side of each of the first and second pre-pressing blocks (12, 13) is provided to be rounded at the intersection with the bottom surface. The electrode piece bending device for a three-phase module can complete bending of all the first and second electrode pieces (14, 15) on the module (7) at one time, thereby improving the bending efficiency.
