Abstract:
Provided in the present application are an electrode plate knock-out device and an electrode plate die-cutting system. The electrode plate knock-out device is used for knocking out an electrode plate, which is conveyed by a conveying part, into a collecting part and comprises a base and a knock-out part, wherein the knock-out part is arranged on the base in a guiding and sliding manner, and has an ejection end for ejecting the electrode plate; a ventilation cavity, which is connected to an external compressed air source, and an air outlet are formed in the ejection end; the knock-out part can be driven by external force to slide, such that the ejection end ejects the electrode plate; and an elastic part is provided between the base and the knock-out part. In the electrode plate knock-out device of the present application, the ventilation cavity and the air outlet are formed in the ejection end, such that compressed air is conveniently ejected out through the air outlet to form an air cushion to offset negative pressure between the conveying part and the electrode plate, thereby reducing damage to the electrode plate. In addition, the elastic part is arranged between the base and the knock-out part, so as to facilitate the reset of the knock-out part, thereby ensuring the overall stability when a knock-out rod slides up and down, and reducing vibration in a horizontal direction so as to avoid damage to the electrode plate.
